Developing the : Faith, Life and Sport

Welcome to Sexsmith Action Basketball. Our spring skills sessions are open to anyone with a love of basketball. Weekly session include conditioning, agility/strength training, drills, and small sided games for skill development. A few minutes each week will also focus on off court topics (ie: character development, team work, life balance, foundational identity, etc)
